Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I am not receiving the third email as "New bay area investment lead". I followed and doubled checked that all those steps from 120-27 were correct. The email I am receiving instead writes "New (minor) Investment Lead for YOU (me) -- GO!". All the other emails are correct. The first image is what I am receiving. The second one is what I should be receiving.

I think this goes back to your previous post about not seeing the magnifying glass when you set the rule. Remember I said what you typed for "Yes" had to match exactly with what you had typed for the Yes option when you made the Bay Area Location rule? It sounds like they don't match so the rule isn't catching John Conner. Check what is in the rule vs what is in the Bay Area Location field as the Yes option. Edit whichever you need to so they match exactly, so like "Yes" and "Yes" (capitalization matters). Then try adding John Conner again and see if that works.
If not, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
