Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello I hope all is well. I've completed this exercise but there are a few errors that I'm unable to resolve, is anyone able to help me to resolve the issue from redoing steps 53-61 as it says on the grading section. The reason is, is because when I try to delete the old Email Template Name and redo it. I keep getting an error.
Yeah so the 3rd template you're showing there has the same name as the 2nd one, see? You were supposed to change the name for the 3rd one that is showing. See how it's name doesn't match it's description next to it? You just need to open it now by clicking on it and editing the name so it's correct as given and regrade & refresh. These instructions are given if you go to the error message and click where it says "if you want to fix this and regrade, click here."
