Currently I am almost finished with Lab 3a and I am not sure if it is my computer or not but when I try to create a new email template for Riley to add the ones that say "distant lead" and "Bay Area Lead", its not letting me edit them the proper way so that I can change the subject name. It does not allow me to go back and change the template unique or subject name unless I create a whole new clone. Help plz?
Wait, somehow you got into the old Classic interface! You see up in the upper right where it says "Switch to Lightning Experience"? Click that. That puts you back in the newer Lightning interface that matches what the labs show. You must have accidentally clicked on the "Switch to Salesforce Classic" under the character icon popup or something.
Once you're in the Lightning interface, start with Step 30 and you should be fine.
I did everything you just said, and did that the first time, however, everything adds up with what you said. My screen cap is where I started, and then followed the following steps. However, after I do the first one and then hit clone, it automatically takes me to where I showed you the first time.
The part where it says to edit the template unique name and the email body, it is not included here and when I go back, it is almost as if I cannot access it there unless I hit new.
You mean after you clone, you can't edit the subject? What happens? Is there an error message? What does it say? Can you post a screencap?
