Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Okay thank you so much!
Just fixed the emails part! Thank you, it is showing correctly now.
Ok, well, there's no way to match the via part. No one will be able to do that. It's a different account so you can't have it sent from my account that I used to send it when I wrote the labs and took my own screencap to put in the instructions.
As for the other two, you must have missed my earlier post - you left out the periods between "Lead" and "Email". Edit those, put the periods in and save and then re-add Sarah and John Conner and the emails should show then.
Done
Yeah that looks right. Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
IT seems like I did not miss anything because it looks exactly like the instruction but it isnot showing up in my email.
From what you're saying and showing me, I would say that the templates you made for those emails have a slight error in the spot where you tell it to substitute the value of the email address. If you look back at the instructions, in the screencap under Step 51, you can see it's supposed to be "{!Lead.Email}". If you left off the exclamation point, for example, Salesforce won't recognize that as a placeholder for the data from that field. Computers are super-picky that way!
So now go to Setup and do Steps 30-32 to see the list of templates and for each of the 3 you created, click on them to open them up and see what problem you have with that part and edit, fix & save.
Then you redo the necessary steps between 102 and 127 to re-add the leads that it didn't work for before and that will trigger the emails to be sent again, hopefully correctly this time.
Let me know, ok?
