Trouble with receiving the emails in Lab 3a
Hi, I am having trouble receiving the 3 emails or the one sent to Riley. I was using a school account and had to update to a personal gmail. I got the email to verify the new address, but still not receiving the emails.
So that issue is covered extensively in the Help FAQ - have you already checked out the solutions there yet?
Let me know, ok? If you've tried what is in the Help FAQ and it's still not working then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
