I had the problem thats in the FAQ but when i tried to follow the steps its said i had Insufficient Priviledge Errors. I know its late but Dr. Tim can you help me out?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

in step 57 when i need to enter auto response as an email template, it doesnt show up. I feel thats super important and shouldnt just skip over it.
i do have an issue in 3b that isnt in the FAQs however Dr. Tim if you have a chance

Ok, so tell me exactly what the problem was - some of the 3 emails aren't being sent? Which ones?
Do you recall what you were clicking on when it said you had insufficient privileges?
Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
