Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I added the missing exclamation points on the classic email template. I'm now trying to re-add Kyle Reese, but unsure how to do that. Would that be under Lead Assignment Rules?
Sure, np. Now do Steps 30-32 to get back to the list of templates and then pick the one that's not working to click on, open, edit & save.

Thanks for replying so fast! Which tab would I need to go back to edit it?
For the 2nd one, you left off the exclamation points "!" that are supposed to be there for Salesforce to recognize those should be substituted with the data, not shown as is. So go back to edit that template and put those in and save it. Then add the Kyle Reese lead again to trigger another email and it should look right then.
