Hello! I seem to have lost access to my grader app--the console to submit labs--and my account. While doing Lab 3a, I checked to see if my progress was right by using the Max Lab grader developer console. When clicking the Setup gear, I clicked on the developer console, which told me there was an error. It then said I had "insufficient privileges" to contact the owner or administrator. I then restarted the page because I believed it was an error. I then proceeded and clicked on the setup gear again when I realized the developer console had disappeared. After that, I clicked on the service setup, which set that I no longer had access or "Insufficient Privileges," and to again contact my administrator. I have attached screenshots fo my problem. Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, you don't want Service Setup for sure but not sure why the other stuff is happening. So you're logged in, right? But you can't access the grader app?
Did you try logging out and back in again?
If that doesn't work then see if you can do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
