Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well it's tell you you're trying to create a new template and give it the same name as one you already created. You can't do that. It would lead to duplicates and confusion so Salesforce stops you.
Either you've made a mistake with the steps that tell you how to name your templates or maybe you're trying to redo steps because you ran into some other problem later on? You can redo the labs due to exactly this problem. If you're trying to redo it due to some other problem, you need to explain what that original problem was and get that fixed rather than redoing steps, ok?
