I started encountering some problem and I began to use another email for a new lab now I'm unable to go into salesforce with that account. It is hen.aka2000@gmail.com. Please if you can do some thing, I will be grateful

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok I will start a new account with 1b so to do 2a and 2b before doing 3a. I will restart it again as I started with 1a and 1b in another account
