For whatever reason, Google has suspended my email account that I used with Salesforce. I created it solely for Salesforce, so I am not sure why they would even do this. I can still access Salesforce, but I cannot actually open the email account. I submitted an appeal, and I am awaiting a reply. If there is a way I could change the email address that needs to be sent for step 8, that would be great.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah it’s not that hard to change your email. I think you just got to the character icon on the upper right and select something personal settings and then find Email within that and set the new one. Then they will send a verification email to the new account and you’ll need to open that and click the link they give to complete the changeover.
