Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello,
Every time I try to clone the email, it leads me to this page and does not allow me to input an email body. Instead of making a clone, I simply manually entered another email template edit. At the end of the grading, it gave me trouble giving me a 34/70 for Checkpoint 1 and a 0 for Checkpoints 2 & 3.
How do I fix my problem if I am not able to input an email body through a clone?

Wow thank you for the quick response! I just checked to see the required settings on google chrome, and all cookies are allowed + adblocker was turned off. I also downloaded Firefox, turned on Standard, and got the same issue.

sounds like a browser issue. On the cover sheet of lab 1A near the top, it tells certain browser settings that are needed. Did you follow those? Maybe try downloading a different browser like fire fox or something that you don’t have already, And don’t have any settings set for yet. Give that a try and let me know, OK?
