Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Unmapped fields are ones that appear as column headers in the data file but there is no matching field in the Salesforce object with the same name. Either you didn’t get those fields added to Meeting or you spelled them wrong, probably. The names have to match exactly. And not just the labels you are but the internal names that derived from the labels you gave, the Field Names. If you got the labels wrong and then fixes them later, the Field Names may still be misspelled. Run the grader to see what it says about them. If they are wrong, it will give you links to instructions on how to fix the names properly.
