Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Sure, np! Happy to help. Hope the rest goes smoothly for you but if not, just post again and we'll sort it out. Cheers!
Ok, I got into your account and fixed it. It turns out that when you created the Contact Name field, you clicked through Next, Next & Save so fast (or your WiFi was slow and not keeping up), and so those pages that you were skipping over didn't get a chance to fully load and execute their code. That code sets the "visibility" of the field so that everyone in your account can access it. But it didn't get a chance to set visibiliy on for you so you couldn't use it. I turned it on manually and now it will work for the import.
But for the rest of the labs, be sure to let those pages fully load when you're creating fields and skipping through Next, Next & Save, ok? That's why Max had said to click "slowly" through them back in Lab 1a. Thanks!
Ok, np. So do these 3 steps so that I can access your account and take a look:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Let me know when you've done them, ok?
When you see this it means Salesforce is not finding a field in the Meeting object that matches the header (in this case, Contact Name), showing in the import file. It has to be an exact match. Assuming you finished Lab 2a before moving to 2b, then I would guess that you just misspelled "Contact Name" when you created that field in Step 76 of Lab 2a.
To fix this, just go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields and Relationships and click on that field to edit it and change the label to "Contact Name" exactly and Save. Then you should be able to import properly, without the "Unmapped" error message you saw after Lab 2b, Step 14.
