I was able to add the contact, however I am unable to do steps 83 & 84 due to it already existing in Meeting Attendance. I tried to delete it to be able to re-create it, but because it is referenced in another page I am unable to do so

Looks like you didn't create the Contact Name field to connect Meeting Attendance to Contact. So just go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting Attendance and on that row, click the drop down on the right end of the row to edit it.

Then click Fields & Relationships and click New. Then do Steps 83 and 84 and click Save. Then do 91-102 , click Save and then skip ahead and 124 should work now.

Okay I have granted access.

My problem surrounds steps 91 and around step 124. So I tried creating the formula and after selecting the meeting attendance there was no way to select contact; the option was not there. So I clicked on the (owner user) as a reference that then showed me contact and then the following others. However, I believe this did not reference the information that i needed. By the time I finished step 143, the contact column was not there.

Hopefully this clarifies the issue.

I can't tell why you think something is wrong at this point. What are you seeing that looks like an error or whatever? Please try to clarify and also do these 3 steps:

Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”

On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”

On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”

so I can access your account and see what's going on. But first, I need to better understand what you think it wrong, ok?
