Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi, when i was working on the meeting and meeting attendance, i find it strange that there are many missing categories like the screenshot (only meeting attendance ID in the first pic and 3 on the second pic). However, I can almost see the whole categories on Pitches. I don't know why.

It's because the other fields are hidden. In order to show those fields, click on the Setting gear under the new button, then Select Fields to Display. A dialog of visible and invisible fields pops up and you will be able to select the fields you want to display.
