Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:
post in the right category

Once I graded my maxlab it said that it couldn’t find the “meetings” or “meeting attendances” tabs in the marketing app. However, I did create those per the steps, and have attached pictures to show I did as well. Please let me know if anyone else has this issue, thank you!

Yes, that issue is addressed in the Help FAQ both under the Grader category and the Lab 2b category. Both of those explain that you need to uninstall the grader and then reinstall it again, just like before, so you will have the new version that corrects that issue. You'll find full instructions (it's pretty easy) at either of those entries, ok? Always check the Help FAQ first to see if your issue is covered there. 99% of the time, it is!
