Yeah, computers can be very frustrating because they are so picky - you have to do everything exactly right or they don't work, unfortunately.

Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look and see if I can fix it for you. Let me know when you've done them, ok?

1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Yeah, Tara, so I looked at your account and it appears you've missed a bunch of steps from various places in Lab 2a that are needed in 2b and it's hard to go back and do them now because you've got things that got partially added correctly but not completely. It would take a long time to undo all of that and get it back to a good starting place.

The labs often build on each other and the later steps within a lab build in the earlier ones in the same lab. And since computers are so picky, you really have to take your time and go step-by-step, making sure you don't miss any and you get each one right.

So at this point, I can tell you that 3a and 3b are NOT built on the previous labs, so no matter how messed up things are, you get a "fresh start" when you start 3a. If you feel like just dropping it where you are and starting fresh with 3a, you totally can.

But if you want to get 2a and 2b right, the easiest thing at this point is to abandon your current account and get a brand new fresh one. You wouldn't have to start over completely and you wouldn't have to pay again - I would give you a promo code and instructions to catch you up as fast as possible to where you were. Basically you would just have to do Steps 5-36 of 1b, and then you could start 2a at Step 19 if you want to get the 2a checkpoints correct. Or if you don't care about 2a, I can give you a shortcut to skip about half of those steps and go straight to starting 2b fresh.

Also, you can go back to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields & Relationships and then edit those fields if they're misspelled or add them if they're missing and then the import should work. But do let me know about the messages from 2a, ok, because you should have seen that issue before you ever went on to 2b and I need to fix that in the app if it's not the case. Thanks!
