I've retried these steps multiple times and it keeps saying that my contact name is unmapped.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

OK, so when you created the meeting object, you added a bunch of fields. You gave them names like meeting date. And one of them was supposed to be contact name. but either you skipped making that one or you spelled it wrong. So now when you try to import the column header in the data file that says contact name can’t B matched up with a field in your meeting object. That is what is preventing the import. you need to go back to set up, object, manager, meeting and then click on fields and relationships and you’ll see the list of fields there. If you see one that looks like contact name, it is probably spelled wrong and needs correcting. Both the field label and the field name will need to B corrected by clicking on it and editing it. And saving it. Or if it’s not there at all, you will need to create it. By going back to the steps that told how to create it back when you were creating the meeting object and adding the fields.
yeah, that issue is covered in the Help FAQ. It would tell you that you have probably misspelled the field name contact name. The field names have to match exactly to the column headers in the import file. You just need to go back into the meeting object and correct the spelling, probably. Or maybe you forgot to add that field entirely in which case you need to add it now.
