I dont have email as an option when I try to insert a field and can only do meeting attendance and contact name.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I think the Help FAQ, linked from the cover page, has more details on that issue, but it looks like you connected Meeting Attendance to itself, rather than connecting it to the pre-existing Contact object in Salesforce. You need to go back to into the Object Manager and select the Meeting Attendance object and then Fields & Relationships. And then delete the Contact Name field and recreate it using those same instruction but make sure you follow them carefully and connect to the Contact object this time. Then when you get back to this step in your screencap, Email should appear.
