For step8-20, i tried import the list provided but keep showing up 10 Records failed and error massage INVALID_FIELD:Foreign key external ID: P-000 not found for field Name in entity Maxz__Pitch__c:--

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, I logged into your account, deleted all the unnecessary Pitch records and then just edited MaxsMeetingDataFile, as described in the FAQ, to make the Pitch IDs match yours (P-045 thru P-054) and then I did the import and it worked fine. You can see in All Meeting Data it is all there fine. The only difference is when you do the rest of Lab 2b, sometimes it will refer to P-007 but for you that is really P-052, etc. I'm sure you can make the adjustment in your head, right?
Ok do these steps so I can access your account and take a look: 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account: 4. Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup. 5. On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information. 6. In the middle panel, look down in the left column for Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
I did look at the FAD and restored the pitch from recycle, but still didn't help
Guessing your Pitch IDs maybe weren’t P-000 thru P-009 so import records couldn’t find matches. Check the Help FAQ that has a response on this. If that doesn’t help, let me know, ok?
