On step 6 there is a file to download, in order to download the file I needed to open the link. I downloaded the file and continued onto step 16 where I had a lot of missing information. It would not let me continue without filling this information out. I am not sure what to do

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
