I could not find the meeting with Julia Chavez. I have downloaded and imported the files a few times now and I still cant locate Julia Chavez meeting. I have also deleted the files a few times as well and now instead of mtg-01, I see mtg-26, mtg-27, mtg-28 and so on.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, I see but it does sound pretty messed up now. Repeating steps that you've already done tends to make things worse - that's why we have that message at the bottom of the cover sheet urging you not to repeat stuff but to post here right away when you get stuck so we can fix it right then before it gets too messed up.
It is possible to recover (undelete) records if you want to try to fix what you've got - you can use the App Launcher to go to the Recycle Bin app and you'll see the Julia Chavez records you deleted and you can restore them and the others too if you want. They were not the problem in Step 56.
If you want to do these 3 steps, I can take a look and see if it wouldn't be too hard to clean up the current account and let you know:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
