I am trying to upload the CVC file to SF but when I receive the uploaded email confirmation it states "meetings failed: 10" due to an invalid field. I played around with the sheets (no ghost columns) but it continuously fails. What can I do to further trouble shoot?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

You mean the CSV file, I think, and I'm not sure why you would get an "invalid field" message. It sounds like you can see and confirm that the data file downloaded properly and is valid so the problem would be with the fields in your Meeting object. One of them is probably the wrong type, eg number instead of text or something. Can you try again and do a screencap of the result with the "invalid field" message and post that back here so I can see?
At the same time, in case that's not helpful, do these 3 steps so I can access your account if necessary, and see the problem myself & let you know:
Log in and click on your name (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
