Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

So before you replied, I went in and re did the steps and now it says 10 processed and 0 failed, I think I might have hit a wrong button
Yeah, so that happens if your Pitch IDs are not P-000 thru P-009. Then the incoming Meeting records can't find their matching Pitch records and they can't come in.
Do these 3 steps so I can take a look and see if the Meeting import file can be adjusted so you can still import. If not, it'll take redoing quite a bit. I'll try. Let me know when you've done these:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
