It says I am supposed to have 7 mapped and 0 unmapped. I have 6 mapped and 1 unmapped. My screen looks like this…

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok yes I got it! Thank you!
No Mobile is a field so click on Fields & Relationships on the left hand side menu from where you are now.
I don’t see an option to do that, am I in the right spot?
Yeah, it looks like maybe you forgot to add the field Mobile when you were creating your Meeting object. Or if it's there, the visibility might not have gotten turned on if you clicked through the Next, Next, Save part too fast. (That can prevent those pages you're skipping over from loading & executing all their code.)
So got back to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and add Mobile if it's not already there or if it is, then the visibility is probably off so just delete it and create it again using New and setting the data type to Phone and the name to "Mobile".
Then when you try to import again, that error should be gone and all 7 fields should be mapped.
