When I was doing my project yesterday, the wifi cut out right after I submitted my formulas for email and address. I continued until step 140 where I am asked to add a filter with field name "Address" I thought my formulas did not save but when I went back to do it, it says email and address had already been created and my formulas were still there. Now, only Meeting Attendance ID, Contact Name and Email show up.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, I fixed it for you. The problem was, when your WiFi cut off, Salesforce finished creating Address but didn't finish making that field visible to all users, yourself included. I made it visible to all users and then added it to your Meeting Attendance list view so it shows properly now. All good.

I cant figure out how to post the picture. Im using a windows pc. I tried to put it on a doc copy from there but its not working but when were supposed to take first screenshot and all the fields are supposed to show for julia and anu.
Ok first help me understand what you mean when you say "Now, only Meeting Attendance ID, Contact Name and Email show up." Show up where? Can you post me a screencap that answers that?
Then do these 3 steps so I can access your account myself and take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
