For these steps I was able to get to step 125 to click Mtg-01, but the contact name slot was not popping up, please help.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It looks like you skipped Steps 83-85. Got to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting Attendance and click Fields & Relationships and then click New and do 83-85, except in 85 just click Save instead of Save & New.
Then start at 122 again and when you get to 127 it should work.
And don't forget - computers are super-picky. You have to do every single step and get each one right to avoid snags that will take way longer to fix in the end.
