Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

I am having a hard time completing simulation 2b because every time I enter in the CSV file it says one of the categories is unmapped. I am not sure what to do and I am unable to advance until this is figured out. If you could get back to me that would be great!

Ok, I found the problem. Remember the instructions say when you're creating a new field, click thru the screens slowly so they have a chance to fully load and execute their code? When you created your Email field, you clicked thru too quickly and the code didn't have a chance to execute and set the visibility of the field to be turned on for all users, including yourself. I went in and turned it on manually and now it will work.

Well, that's answered already in the Help FAQ but to list it here - it means that there is a column in the CSV file--Email in this case--that has no corresponding field in the Meeting object you're trying to import into. In other words, it looks like there is no Email field in your Meeting object, so there is no place to put the data from that column of the data file.
"To fix, go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields and Relationships > New and create the Email field. Then come back to start the import process over and it should work this time.
