

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
Most likely the Pitch records you imported in Lab 1b don't have the ID numbers P-000 thru P-009 like they were supposed to so these incoming Meeting records can't find matches to the Pitch IDs they are coming in with. That is reported in the Help FAQ - did you see that and try the solution offered and still not get it to work? Let me know, ok?
Then, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
• 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
