Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

MaxLab 2b: When uploading file for first time, step 17 indicated 6 mapped, 1 not. I did steps 7-17 again and got 7 mapped. Did import through steps 28, Step 29 just shows three records. I tried the import again and get 3 records.
I have attached screen capture of step 29. I also captured the import report which does show 10 of 10 records failed.
Ok, Mary, well it looks like Address never got added as a field into Meeting Attendances. That's supposed to happen in Steps 104 to 116. Is it possible you missed those? Or maybe you did them all except forgot to do the Next, Next, Save at the end in the last step?
Go to the Object Manager and open up the Meeting Attendances object and click Fields & Relationships and see if Address is there and if it's not, then click New and then follow 104-116. If it is, then I think it may be that the field got Hidden. That can happen if you click thru the Next, Next & Save quickly, before SF has a chance to fully load the pages in between that set the Visibility for the field.
Let me know if you can confirm that it is there in the object already. If so, then I'll tell you how to check & fix the visibility. If it's not there, then add it as described above, ok?
