Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi London,
You most likely created another field that has a Field Name named "Contact_Name" in your Meeting object. However, it may not have a Field Label that is named "Contact Name". Can you send a screenshot of all your Fields and Relationships for your Meeting object like in my screenshot below with these columns showing?
