Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
When it came to step 99, I could not make "Contact Name>" show up and so I was recommended to go back to step 48, but the error was not there. So I decided to start again from step 1 + delete some things but now that I'm around step 13 in importing the data, it says 3 unmapped fields are displayed. Please help. I have to submit the lab in a few hours but I'm quite lost.
Attached are all the screenshots with the issues that I've come across/the step I'm currently at while restarting.

Ok, well the Help FAQ tells you to go to Step 84, not Step 48. Step 84 is where you made the mistake that caused the problem with Step 99. Doing Step 83, 84 and 85 properly will make Step 101 work.
You can't really just start over at the beginning of 2b because during the steps, you have changed the database structure and importing can't work anymore. You have changed the Meeting object and dropped fields that are in the import file. That's why you were getting the Step 13 error. But you don't want to redo everything anyway - just 83, 84, 85.
