Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing well. I’m reaching out because I ran into a serious issue while working on the pitch data in Salesforce, and I could really use some guidance. In an attempt to troubleshoot some inconsistencies, I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the pitch data. Unfortunately, I must have messed up the process because now everything is completely out of whack. I’ve ended up with 24 pitch IDs when I’m only supposed to have 12, and some entries seem to be duplicated. I’m not sure how to rectify this situation. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to clean this up? Any advice on how to safely remove the extra pitch IDs and restore everything to its proper state would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It might be ok, actually. You may be able to get a 100% on 2b anyway, without getting rid of the extra Pitch records. The grade won’t take off for that. Is there anything else wrong? Have you tried grading it yet?
