Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
I was originally stuck on steps 53 - 56 because
I couldn't see the contact name when I opened it and edited it. I went back to the steps 21 - 29. When I Select Fields to Display I have Meeting ID, Meeting Date, Enthusiasm, Comments, and Contact Name, but I don't see Email or Mobile in the Available Fields.

Yeah, those fields aren't there anymore because the instructions later on told you to delete them which you did so they're gone which is correct.
As noted on the cover page of every lab - do NOT try to just redo stuff as it rarely works and almost always makes things worse.
My guess is you messed up Steps 46-52 but I can't tell without a screencap of that screen where you say you couldn't do Steps 52-56 because you couldn't see Contact Name. Post me a screencap showing that problem, ok? Include the entire Salesforce window. Thx.
