Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I am wondering if you can help me with removing the relationship between "contact" and "meeting". I don't know what I did wrong because there's a relationship here.
I just want my relationship to be from Point A (Pitch) to Point B (Meeting) to Point C (Meeting Attendance) to Point D (Contact) - all in one direction (at least it should be as per my prof).

Delete the row that says "Contact Contact__c Lookup(Contact)"
That is the field that connects the Contact object to the Meeting object (the relationship between them).
Sorry, it's just "Contact" in the list in your screencap there. See it says "Lookup (Contact)" in the Data Type column? THAT is the relationship. Just delete it.

Yes, of course. You must have missed the step to do that earlier but you can still do it now. The relationship is made simply by having Contact Name as a Lookup field in Meeting. You can see it in your diagram. Just go into the Meeting object and delete that Lookup field (Contact Name).
Setup > Object Manager > Meeting > Fields & Relationships > Contact Name and then Delete.
