I'm having trouble with this step, I have read a couple different help forms and tried to do what other students needed to do in order to complete this step but I keep coming back with the same results. I am stuck at a dead end with this problem I emailed my teacher and she informed me to use this service for help!

I changed that and only one of the meetings showed up, I also did follow the steps to allow you access to my account.
Sure, np. It sounds like you're saying you're not getting any records to show up in that list view, right? But you're sure you added them, I assume. So did you check to make sure the filer on that list view has "Mountain View" and it's spelled exactly right?
If that doesn't help, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
