i downloaded the correct unopened file, , but when i go to map it, there is no meeting date. only meeting data shows up

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well, mapping errors are covered pretty well in the Help FAQ (linked from the cover page of each lab), but looking at your screencap, I suspect the Meeting Date field is missing from your Meeting object. Either that or you may have misspelled it. Each field you create has to match the column header in the data file exactly. If not, then you get a mapping error because SF can't find the field to put the data into.
It looks like the same with Enthusiasm. You might have accidentally adde those fields to Pitch instead of Meeting. Or you may have misspelled them slightly.
If they're missing, you'll need to add them.
If they're misspelled, it's critical to note: you have to fix BOTH the Field Label AND the Field Name for those fields. Just fixing the Label isn't enough. Be sure to fix the Field Name too, ok? Just go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and then Fields & Relationships and click on them to open & edit and fix.
