I was having issues in Lab 2b when there was an issue with my computer importing one of the files. One of the suggested steps was to create a new account which I did however after making the new account I keep getting a message saying "Must contact salesforce administrator" after inputting the correct password and email.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
