@saeedehsjd88 Oh, I'm sorry. That was my mistake. I told you to go to Meeting and do those steps but you need to go to Meeting Attendance instead. So go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting Attendance and Fields & Relationships and then start doing the missed steps 83-90. Sorry.

@saeedehsjd88 Ok, I checked your account. It looks like you skipped Steps 83-90. Computers are very picky. You have to do each and every step because they steps build on each other. So every time you do one step, follow it by doing the next step after that and so on as you go up thru the numbers, one-by-one, or nothing will work, ok?

So now you need to go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and click on Fields & Relationships and then do the steps that you skipped over, Steps 83-90 and just continue on from there, making sure you do each step, ok? Then it will all work fine.

I forgot. Now that you are in this correct account, please do the 3 steps:

1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
