Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi,
I noticed on step 8 it mentions that there should be "empty list of zero 'Meeting' records". However, I seem to already have 3 here and I've followed all steps correctly so far from the previous lab. Is this okay and can I just move on to the second half of the step where we import, or does something need fixing?

Normally it would be empty because you wouldn't have accessed those 3 Meeting records yet - see it is just showing you the Recently Viewed Meeting records, by default. But you have viewed them so they are showing up. That's fine. They are supposed to be there - just not showing up yet but it's totally ok. You can just continue from there.
