I'm having trouble finding "Fields and Relationships" I completed all of the steps before but I can't find it.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I do follow directions carefully. I repeated it several times, and it still won’t give me that option
It looks like you connected Meeting Attendance to itself instead of connecting it to Contact. You need to go back to Object Manager and select Meeting Attendance and delete the Contact Name field you created before and recreate it using the instructions from before but this time be careful to follow the instructions exactly ok?
STEP 98: I don't have the option to select contact name
Yeah, you have to follow the instructions super carefully because computers are so picky. So to see fields & relationships you have to open an object because the fields & relationships belong to an object. From where you are now in your screen cap go to object manager and select the object that you want to add fields to. Then you’ll see Field & relationships on the left-hand side.
Ok thank you - but I still can't seem to find it.
You’ve toggled into the wrong interface, the old classic interface. You need to get back into the lightning interface which is the newer one that the labs are built around. Look on the upper left near your name and find a place where it says switch to lightning interface and click on that
