Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hi, I am currently working on Max Labs 2B Step 20 and am trying to download the .CSV file. I have used the post titled "Lab 2b Pitch ID Fix" however that did not work. I am getting a message at the bottom of my screen that says "Records Prossed 10" then direcly under that "Records Failed 10". How can I fix this issue?

On that screen, click on View Result near the bottom to open it up and screencap that and send it.
BTW - I will be offline for about 90 starting about now but will get back to your case then. In the meantime, do these steps in case I need to access your account:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
