Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, so from your screencap, it looks like maybe your Pitch records don't have the Pitch IDs numbered P-000 to P-009 maybe because you had trouble importing them back in Lab 1b and did it multiple times and the ID numbers kept going up. So now, the incoming Meeting records each look for their matching Pitch IDs, P-000 thru P-009 and can't find them so they fail to come in.
So if that is the problem, it's address in the Help FAQ here at MaxzPlace under Lab 2b, Steps 15-20 so go there and it will link you to instructions about how to fix it.
If that's NOT the problem, if you're sure your Pitch records are numbered correctly from P-000 to P-009 (plus one you made in 2a, numbered P-012), then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
