According to the email, there was a meeting failed when I imported the data again. What should I do now?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Well one of your Pitch records was probably deleted or messed up so the incoming Meeting record that is supposed to match up with that messed up or missing Pitch record couldn't find it and failed to import. I may be able to help sort it out and see what it would take to fix it rather than redoing a bunch of steps from several labs.
Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok? It will probably be tomorrow as it is about 2am my time.
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
hello i have an issue with 3a. For my first three screen shots I realized that the last name doesn’t show up. For example it would look like this (the name is Sarah sarah). The name is just duplicating.
