Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah so what it's telling you is that 2 of the incoming Meeting records that were trying to find a match to their corresponding Pitch records couldn't find them. For some reason, you had deleted P-000 and P-007 so the Meeting records for those Pitches couldn't find their matches and failed to come in. No idea why you would have deleted those but now you're missing two of the Pitch records and 2 of the Meeting records you're supposed to have so things are kinda messed up and there's no easy way to fix it all, unfortunately.
You may be able to continue on and finish most of 2b, but you'll probably run into problems. Not sure how many - depends on what else might be messed up. I would recommend abandoning that account and getting a brand new one and just doing the steps needed to start 2b clean. It's not that much - just about 30 steps of 1b and half of 2a. Here are the instructions if you want to do that:
