It says 10 records processed, 10 records failed and in the email confirmation of the upload says the
records are invalid. I don't understand why such thing would happen and I don't know how to fix it.
thanks.
Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Right, you can't change the ID's of Pitch records in Salesforce once they have been assigned. What I'm saying is that you open the .csv file that you downloaded that contain the Meeting records to be imported. Open in Excel or whatever and you'll see a column that shows the Pitch ID for each row - that's the Pitch record that that Meeting record is supposed to go with. You can change those to match the IDs of the existing Pitch records in Salesforce. Then they can be imported properly and match up with the Pitch records you already have. BUT in Excel, when you save the file, be sure to save it as a .csv file again or you won't be able to import it into SF.
how do I change that ?
whenever i click edit on the list of pitches I cannot edit that part.
Well, my guess is that you tried a couple of times when you were importing the Pitch records in Lab 1b, so your Pitch record IDs aren't P-000 thru P-009. The Meeting records that you're importing are looking for those Pitch IDs when they are coming in and if they don't find their matching Pitch record, they fail to come in.
So if your Pitch records have IDs that are like P-010 thru P-019, then you need to edit the Pitch IDs in the file you're importing, your .csv file, so that they match up. You would change P-000 to P-010 and change P-001 to P-011, and so on. Then be sure to save the file as a .csv file again. Then when you import it, the records should import properly.
Let me know, ok?
