When I checked my contact list, bunch of random names came up. I guess my contact isn't related to pitch contacts.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, those are the fake sample Contacts that Salesforce puts into all accounts for practicing with. But Julia should have shown up there for you. Are you sure you did Steps 53-61 where you were adding her? Including clicking Save in Step 61? You could repeat those steps, just in case, and see if she appears then. She should.
