I tried uploading the cvs file but it keeps giving me an error "There was a problem uploading the CSV file. Try again, or choose another file." (i already downloaded and try to use the file given under the help forum)

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

The file must have gotten messed up when you downloaded it or afterwards. Did it open in Excel when you downloaded it? Have you viewed its contents to see if it looks ok?
