I completed every step and lab till now but I am unable to see "Which Pitch field in your file do you want to match against to set the Pitch lookup field?", i can only see match by and Which User field in your file designates record owners?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

No worries. I fixed it. Yeah, you had an extra Meeting object that did NOT have a connection to Pitch and none of the other fields and no records. But that was the one you had the tab for. I got rid of that one and made a tab for the proper Meeting object and now when you go to that tab and try import, you'll see the proper option in Step 12. All good!
But yes, these things do build on each other so try to make sure you get every step right and you should be ok later on.

OK then just delete it and re-create it. That may be easier.
Well, I just checked your account and you set the filter to show only records where the Address field contains "Mountain Dew" like the drink. It's supposed to be "Mountain View" like the city in Silicon Valley. You can just edit the filter and change it and it should work.

I've done the 3 steps you told me to. Not sure where exactly but in 2a when I was trying to create a meeting there was a problem and had to do it twice, maybe that's the problem?
Hmm...I wonder if your Meeting object got created properly with Pitch as a Lookup Field to connect Meeting to Pitch. That would have happened in Steps 65-73. If that's not there, then that would explain why the import screen you're showing doesn't have that option.
Were you able to get the last screencap from 2a show properly? To do that, Pitch and Meeting would have to been connected properly.
Let me know about the above and then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's going on. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
